Chief [Dr.] Jimesh Chandra Dugad, [Indian] holds a Phd. Degree in Engineering. He is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers, Institute of Engineers [India], Institute of Electrical Engineers [London] and Institute of Standards Engineers [India].

He has worked for over 2Oyears in Nigeria for Comcraft Services [Nigeria] Limited whose group of companies spread all over the world. He has at different times been Managing Director to Tower Galvanized Products, Kaduna, and Midland Galvanized Products Abeokuta etc.

He is currently the Group Managing Director of the Steel Group of companies within the Comcraft Group in Nigeria.

He holds many chieftaincy titles received from many parts of Nigeria in recognition of his services to Nigerian communities.

He is on the board of a number of blue chip companies in Nigeria and abroad. Example of which are Tower Aluminum Plc, Ikeja, Lagos, Hoesch Pipe Mills Ltd., Ikeja, Lagos. He is the Chairman of Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd.

A 1985 graduate of Insurance from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. Dotun is an insurance practitioner with two decades of practical experience in the packaging and underwriting of industrial and commercial risks some of which include Nigeria Airways, National Oil Plc, African Petroleum Plc, Federal Urban Mass Transit, UBA Plc, Dunlop Plc to mention a few.

He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration obtained in 1990 from University of Ife [Now called Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife].

He was until 1997 the Assistant Director, Marketing of Corporate Alliance and General Insurance Co. Ltd.[Now Alliance & General Insurance Co. Ltd.] and prior to that he had also worked with Glanvills Enthoven Insurance Brokers, Nigerian General Insurance Co. Ltd., Towergate Insurance Co. Ltd. during his early working life.

Apart from being a resourceful member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, he is also an Associate member of both prestigious Nigeria Institute of Management and Nigeria Marketing Association. And Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.

His wealth of experience covers areas like commercial and industrial risks including, Construction, Oil and Gas. He is also a specialist in Pension Scheme Administration.

He is married with children.

Mr. Ogunwoolu is the Managing Director of Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Mr. Adetokunboh Abudu has been a practicing Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria specialising in Commercial and UCIB Ltd Corporate work for some 15 years. He has worked in the UK media and financial industries counselling advice to numerous individual and corporate clients.

He joined the Law Firm of Mohammed. Adewunmi & Abudu as a full—fledged Partner in 1 1992 and continues in practice from there. He sits on the boards of several major Nigerian Companies including United Vintners and Distillers Ltd.. Midland Galvanizing Ltd., Industrial Projects Int. Ltd.. Apex Paints Ltd.. Metoxide Nig. Ltd. He is happily married with children.

Mr. Abudu is on the Board of Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd.

He is a professional banker of repute who has served in the banking industry in different capacities for almost 3 decades. He was until recently the Managing Director of Union Bank Nigeria Plc. It is a well-attested fact that Union Bank attained greater heights, during the leadership of Alhaji Yahaya such that the Board of the bank was reluctant to grant approval for his voluntary retirement.

He is now the Executive Chairman of NUB International Bank, Abuja.

Alhaji Yahaya is also on the Board of several other blue chip companies. He is happily married with children.

Chief T. K. Akinbami sits on board of UCIB Ltd. on behalf of Stabillini Visinoni Ltd. who is also an investor in Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd. Stabillini Visinoni is a major player in the Nigeria construction industry and is reputed for very high professional standards at competitive prices. Chief Akinbami is the chairman of Stabilini Visinoni Ltd. and a member of the UCIB Board.
