A 1985 graduate of Insurance from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. Dotun is an insurance practitioner with two decades of practical experience in the packaging and underwriting of industrial and commercial risks some of which include Nigeria Airways, National Oil Plc, African Petroleum Plc, Federal Urban Mass Transit, UBA Plc, Dunlop Plc to mention a few.

He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration obtained in 1990 from University of Ife [Now called Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife].

He was until 1997 the Assistant Director, Marketing of Corporate Alliance and General Insurance Co. Ltd.[Now Alliance & General Insurance Co. Ltd.] and prior to that he had also worked with Glanvills Enthoven Insurance Brokers, Nigerian General Insurance Co. Ltd., Towergate Insurance Co. Ltd. during his early working life.

Apart from being a resourceful member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, he is also an Associate member of both prestigious Nigeria Institute of Management and Nigeria Marketing Association. And Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.

His wealth of experience covers areas like commercial and industrial risks including, Construction, Oil and Gas. He is also a specialist in Pension Scheme Administration.

He is married with children.

Mr. Ogunwoolu is the Managing Director of Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd.

Fred M.A. Olabisi is the Head of Technical Department of Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd. 

He has more than 25 years working experience in the Insurance industry. 

He started his career in Insurance with Trans Nigeria Assurance Co. Ltd in 1981 and stayed in the company for 16 years. He later joined City Union Insurance Co. Ltd as Zonal Manager (West) from where he moved to Confidence Insurance Co. Ltd as the Area Manager (western Area). He moved to Fortress Insurance Company Ltd as the Lagos Area Manager in 2000. Between 2004 & 2008, he was appointed General Manager Yerima CMS Ltd, a Mega Waste Management Company in Lagos. He returned to the Insurance practice in 2009 when he was appointed Assistance General Manager (Technical) with Probity Insurance Brokers Ltd. in September 2009, He was appointed by Right Time Insurance Brokers Ltd as the General Manager/CEO a position he held until 2011 when he joined Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd team.

He has attended various management training and Seminars in management technique, marketing, underwriting and claims. 

He is married with children

Daniel is a graduate of the School of Management and Business Studies, Yaba College of Technology and Master Degree at Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho.  An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He is a result-oriented personality with over 10 years post educational experience in Accountancy.  He worked as Head of Finance in Great Nigeria Insurance before joining Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited as Manager, Accounts and Administration

A graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan in the year 2004 from the department of Public Administration.  She worked in Architectural Products Ltd, Abeokuta as the Personal Assistant to the General Manager in the year 2002.

She joined Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd in the year 2005 where she did her National Youth Service Corps after which she was retained.  She has attended various training and seminars while in the company.

She Heads the Corporate/Human Resources Services Department as well as in the Personal Assistant capacity to the Managing Director.

She is happily married.

Adegoke Kabir Adeniyi has over two decades working experience in the Insurance Industry. He started his insurance career with a Loss Adjusting firm – Prime Loss Adjusters Ltd in 1997 and stayed for five years. He has since worked with various companies: AFN Insurance Brokers Ltd, 2002 -2007 as senior Executive Officer. Jully & Partners Insurance Brokers Ltd as Manager Operations, 2007 – 2012. Landgold Insurance Brokers Ltd as General Manager, 2012 – 2014.

He later returned to Jully & Partners Insurance Brokers in 2014 for higher responsibilities as Head of Operations. He was elevated to the position of Chief Operating officer in year 2016, the position he held until he joined Dove Insurance Brokers Ltd in year 2017.

Mr. Adegoke is currently working with Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd in a management cadre.

A graduate of Insurance from the department of Insurance, Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Ikeji Arakeji, Osun State with Second Class (upper division).

He is also an associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) as well of Nigerian Council of registered Insurance Brokers (ACIB).

He has attended various management training and seminars in marketing, underwriting and claims administration.

He is happily married with children.

Idowu is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State.  A member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, member of Nigeria Institute of Management and member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria.

He has garnered more than five years of practical experience in the underwriting and claim administration.He is goal oriented and self driven in nature; he enjoys being part of successful and productive team.

Until he joined Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Ltd, he was working with Hans-worth Insurance Brokers Limited as an Insurance Executive Officer and Administrative Assistant respective.

She attended Lagos State University, Ojo where she obtained her B.sc Degree in Insurance (2007). She started her career with Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited as a fresh graduate in the technical department in 2007. She did her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Staco Insurance Plc, Bayelsa State in 2008/2009 as an Assistant Executive Officer. In 2011, she was awarded the best staff of the year in recognition of her outstanding performance in the company.

Amudat qualified as an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) in year 2015. She is a member of the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA). Also, she is a seasoned professional with over 11years experience with an inestimable depth and wealth of technical experience.  In addition, she is a Graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management Chartered (NIM) and also holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the same Institute. She brings to bear her expertise to engender the growth and advancement of the company. In the course of her career, she has worked in various units of the company both Life and General Business handling several key accounts and attended several trainings.

She is presently in charge of Life, Health and Pension Unit in Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited. She is happily married.
